These events focus on rendering community services, helping the less fortunate, and raising public awareness. The team also takes pride in creating an informal sociable environment for SPE members to participate in, which allows networking opportunities for the SPE community.

The SandRose highlights current and future trends in our field while showcasing SPE-KSA events, lectures, workshops, and conferences.

Should a sponsor/exhibitor elect to cancel their confirmed commitment; they shall be responsible for penalties according to the following guidelines:

2018 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

$5,000

25% penalty shall be incurred for a cancellation occurring 90 days prior to the event

50% penalty shall be incurred for a cancellation occurring 60-89 days prior to the event

75% penalty shall be assessed for a cancellation occurring 30-60 days prior to the event

100% penalty shall be assessed for a cancellation occurring within 30 days of the event

*All cancellations must be presented in writing and will be reviewed and confirmed by SPE-KSA section management
