Kishore Sundararajan has recently been named Chief Technology Officer & Vice PresidentEngineering for GE Oil & Gas. In this role, Kishore leads 7,000+ engineers througha vision built on systems-level thinking, lifecycle value and customer collaboration. To advance solutions for remote, harsher and hotter environments, he will work across GE to leverage technologies Kishore’s last role was the Global Engineering Leader for GE’s Measurement & Control business where he led a multinational team of highly disciplined engineering professionals
across several integrated businesses and product lines. Kishore brings 25+ years of experience leading multi-functional, multi-cultural teams across Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Metals, Minerals & Mining and, Pulp & Paper industries. His relentless focus on customer needs has resulted in improvements to underperforming
operations while balancing cost & growth.
He brings unyielding integrity to all his work by fostering an environment in which project execution is enhanced through focus on safety, supply chain, and quality. He is highly committed to producing results, operating openly and nurturing talent in team members. An engineer by trade, Kishore earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering in Bangalore, India. He has comprehensive history of training with Duke University, Indian Institute of Science, and the ABB University Program. Kishore currently resides in Houston and in his spare time enjoys reading, spending time with his family and volunteering on weekends at the regional swim events and at the local school district.
