Held in celebration of International Women’s Day, the retreat created a reflective and empowering environment, where participants engaged in mindfulness meditation, shared personal leadership stories, and took part in team-building games designed to strengthen connections and foster collaboration. The event was a unique opportunity for women professionals to expand their networks, build lasting bonds, and exchange knowledge in a supportive and inspiring setting.
This retreat is part of SPE-KSA’s mission to empower professionals and support women in the energy industry, and falls under the SPE-KSA Human Capital WEB (Women Engaged in Business) Initiative, which aims to connect, inspire, and engage women across the sector—fostering a strong community of leadership and collaboration.
