Overview

What is Endogenous?

Endogenous is a 3-month collaboration program between the SPE Young Professionals and the Student Outreach teams that aims to develop the technical, leadership, and communication skills of young professionals and students in the energy industry.

Throughout Endogenous, participants will be divided into teams consisting of 2 to 5 members. The teams will come up with innovative solutions to solve strategic problems that fall under any of the following categories: Strategy and Development, Operation Enhancement, Sustainability, IR4.0.

The proposed solutions will be reviewed and assessed by subject matters experts (SMEs) specialized in the field in question. Once the proposal is accepted, the participants will work with the SMEs to tackle those challenges and provide feasible solutions.

Finally, the selected projects will be presented on the outskirts of the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC 2020) and the winners will be recognized in the same venue.
